Right-Sized Pricing

Austin Community Land Trust homes are priced according to right-sizing. The chart below

depicts the price of the home according to the number of bedrooms. The number of minimum persons per home corresponds with the number of bedrooms per home. 

*Limited housing inventory is available at 80% MFI. Once household income exceeds 80% MFI income and pricing will apply.

​​​Household Maximum Income

Applicants must have an income of no more than 80% of the Austin Median Family Income. For income calculations, household size includes everyone (all ages) living in the unit. The table below shows the income limits by number of persons living in the home.
